Communication Center
The Communications Center offers modern audiovisual facilities that provide Communication students and those from other departments with the practical experience they need to enter the world of mass communication.
The Center offers the university community services such as audiovisual equipment loans, video recording, photography, sound system setup for events, and technical support for faculty using the permanently installed classroom equipment.
Installations
The Communications Center offers the following facilities and resources to the entire university community:
- A complete 4K television studio with a lighting system of 52 LED lights.
- A high-definition television studio.
- A podcast recording area
- Two professional-quality sound studios with Pro Tools, Logic and Horizon, and two mixing rooms.
- Nine digital editing stations with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- A professional video color grading room with the Davinci Resolve program.
- A computer lab with the Final Draft program.
- A black and white photography lab.
- Three photography studios.
- A room with 9 computers for digital photo editing.
- Two circulation areas for the distribution of audio, video and photography equipment.
- An amphitheater prepared for conferences and darkroom photography demonstrations.
- A lobby for exhibitions.
