This graduate program is intended as the preferred option for training and creating a strong network community of innovative business leaders across all industries and sizes. It accepts students from business administration and any other non-business discipline.
The master's degree is aimed at professionals who work in family businesses, who are interested in developing in this area or those who seek to create new companies. It is also aimed at professionals who seek to strengthen different areas of business and administrative management with an interest in developing leadership and strategic thinking. The program seeks to train these leaders to contribute to the sustainability and growth of their companies for the economic development of the country. The program integrates areas of organizational development, marketing, entrepreneurship and operations management, among others.
The 30-credit, 4-quarter program is composed of a combination of 3- to 4-credit courses depending on the topics, in a synchronous virtual format. In addition to the sequence of courses, the program includes an active learning component, internal and external networking activities, and a degree project that is developed in the final quarter of the program.
Integration of professional certifications into the graduate program
The master's degree aims to train leaders in business administration to contribute to business sustainability and growth that will result in the country's economic development. Aware that business administration professionals make decisions in the areas of organizational development, marketing, entrepreneurship and operations management, the program integrates the completion of a complementary professional certification in Business Intelligence through which students will acquire skills in data collection, organization, interpretation and reporting to make informed decisions. This Google certification will teach the student how to measure performance, track income and/or expenses, and monitor the progress of tasks and projects.
