Javier J. Hernández Acosta holds a PhD in Business and Management Development and an MBA in International Business. For four years he was Director of the Business Administration Department at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón Heart. He is the author of the books Creative Entrepreneurship y The Entrepreneurial Route. He has served as a consultant on cultural policies and creative industries for numerous cities and international organizations. He was the principal researcher for the World Values ​​Survey for Puerto Rico and co-author of the 2015 Puerto Rico Innovation Survey. He has presented conferences on cultural policies and the creative economy in over 15 countries and published numerous articles and chapters in books and academic journals. He is the founder of Cultural Investment and the Center for Creative Economy, non-profit organizations that promote creative industries in Puerto Rico.
