Javier J. Hernández Acosta holds a doctoral degree in Business and Management Development and an MBA in International Business. For four years he was director of the Department of Business Administration at the Universidad del Sagrado CorazónHe is the author of the books Creative Entrepreneurship and The Entrepreneurial Path. He has consulted on cultural policies and creative industries for numerous cities and international organizations. He was the lead researcher for the World Values ​​Survey for Puerto Rico and co-author of the 2015 Puerto Rico Innovation Survey. He has presented lectures on cultural policies and the creative economy in more than 15 countries and has published numerous articles and chapters in academic journals and books. He is the founder of Cultural Investment and the Center for Creative Economy, non-profit organizations that promote the creative industries in Puerto Rico. He led the founding and development of the School of Arts, Design, and Creative Industries of Sagrado, from 2021 to 2026.
