Professor Luz Migdalia Vélez Rodríguez has a Master of Arts with a specialization in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Philosophy with a specialty in Industrial Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Puerto Rico. She works as a Professor in the Department of Natural Sciences. He has published in several journals, including: the Psychology Journals of the Universities of Londrina in Brazil and Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia, the Punto y Coma Journal of the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, the Latin American Journal of Psychology, the Legal Journal of Lexjuris. He has also participated with papers in various conferences and congresses held in PR and abroad (Mexico, Brazil and Uruguay). In his private practice he offers professional counseling services in the area of “mobbing”. He has dedicated himself to researching and documenting this topic with the book “Mobbing: An attack on dignity, do they harass you?” She is a dedicated professional, and committed to teaching.
