The courses of this minor concentration enable the student to design, develop, program and implement applications that will run on mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets. The courses allow the acquisition of programming skills (“aps”) for both Android and iOS platforms. Attractive and useful design is emphasized, but especially with an optimal use of the generally limited resources that mobile platforms have. Tools such as HTML, XML, Java, C#, among others, are used.
