In addition to our three housing towers, we have apartment buildings located within the perimeter of the campus, offering our students a variety of options to live the experience. Sagrado. We offer double and triple rooms, furnished and air-conditioned. In the residences of Sagrado, we have a place for you!
Rooms:
- Rooms with double occupancy (two beds) and triple occupancy (three beds)
- Furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair

- Bathrooms with showers, sinks and toilets
- Kitchens equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave oven
- Rooms equipped with furniture, chairs, television
- Laundry room equipped with washing machines, dryers and sink (Use of washing machine and dryer has a cost not included in the rental price of the accommodation.)

Admission requirements for university residences:
- Be enrolled to study at Sagrado
- Complete the residency application process on or before the deadline
Note: Completing the residency application does not guarantee a lodging space in SagradoWe will only evaluate requests that meet the required documentation, and we will assign rooms in the order in which the request is received.

- Documents accompanying the application:
- Student ID
- Profile photo of the student (chest up on white background)
- Identification of parent, mother, or legal guardian (if the student is under 21 years old)
- Students under 21 years of age who are legally emancipated must attach the Certificate of Emancipation.
- The Residence staff will evaluate and validate the request for accommodation and will send the following documents to be completed by the student and his/her father, mother or legal guardian:
- Rental contract
- Authorization for Medical Services (if the student is under 21 years old)
- The student will send the completed documents along with evidence of payment of $125 for the Residence Admission Fee and Space Reservation. The documents must be sent by writing to residencedoc@sagrado.edu.
- Once the documents have been received and validated, the Residence staff will confirm the student's reservation of his/her space. The student will be able to see his/her room assignment by visiting the My portal.Sagrado.
