Comprehensive Security and Risk Management

The mission of the Office of Integrated Security and Risk Management (OSIMR) of Sagrado is to promote a safe environment on campus, and to guide the university community, employees, students, residents and visitors.

In order to achieve its mission, OSIMR requests the cooperation of all members of the university community. It therefore urges any student or employee who is the victim of a crime or who witnesses the commission of a crime to notify OSIMR immediately.

Safety is a priority in our university community. Sagrado.

Comprehensive Security Office Services

To obtain a parking permit on campus, regular students must complete the corresponding procedures at ASI, short-course students at Continuing Education, and professors and employees at OSIMR.
This service will be available from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. You must call 787-728-1515, extension 2553 and request the service at the checkpoint.
The campus has 27 emergency telephones strategically located in areas with a high concentration of students. In the hallways of the buildings, common areas and parking lots, this is for the benefit of the university community. You can use them in case you need assistance as a victim or witness of a criminal act. Your call will be answered directly by the on-duty guard. The guard is responsible for immediately activating the security protocol to respond to the request for help.
OSIMR responds to all medical emergencies that occur on campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is provided by paramedic security guards, just call:

Federal Regulations

The Jeanne Clery Law requires that all higher education institutions participating in federal financial aid programs inform the university community of any criminal incident that occurs on campus. It is our responsibility to document all incident complaints that are reported to us, notify the Puerto Rico Police depending on the incident, and ensure compliance with institutional regulations and state and federal laws that apply to us. The community is responsible for reporting to the Office of Comprehensive Security any criminal act that occurs within and in the adjacent areas of the campus. Failure to comply with this law entails sanctions for the institution. In addition, institutions are required to notify the community, upon request, where to obtain information on the sex offender registry.

CRIMINAL INCIDENTS ARE RECORDED IN THE FOLLOWING GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS, AS ESTABLISHED BY LAW:
