SECURITY ALERT
The Jeanne Clery Act requires all higher education institutions participating in federal financial aid programs to report to the university community any criminal incidents that occur in or on campus property.
In compliance with this regulation, we notify that, in the early hours of yesterday, Wednesday, August 13, 2025, there was a break-in on the property located on Calle Sagrado Corazón 516, which borders the PG-2 parking lot. This property is under construction and is not currently occupied by residents.
No one was injured. However, as a precautionary measure, surveillance in the area will be strengthened.
The Office of Integrated Security and Risk Management is addressing the situation alongside the Puerto Rico Police. Our commitment is to maintain a safe environment and provide safety guidance to students, employees, residents, and visitors.
