Transfers
If you are a student at another accredited university, you can begin your transfer process with a copy of your university transcript. It's important that you complete all requirements and submit official and final documents to begin your new university life at Sagrado.
Credit validation
You can request an evaluation of your transcript to find out which courses we would validate for you. To do this, send a copy of it to admision@sagrado.edu with the subject "I request a Validation Evaluation" and we will send you a preliminary validation. You must indicate the program of interest in the message.
In the bachelor's degree programs Sagrado Up to a maximum of 51 credits of the total required for each program may be validated, with the exception of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs (in-person and distance learning), which are evaluated directly by the School of Health and Sciences. In the master's programs, up to a maximum of 6 credits may be validated. Contact the Admissions Office to find out the requirements for a course to be validated.
At Sagrado, you can study as a transfer or special student.
Transfer Student
If you are interested in entering as a transfer student, you must meet the following requirements:
- Admission request
- Official transcript of credits
- Vaccination certificate (under 21 years old)
- If requested by the admissions committee, a letter of recommendation from a professor
International Students (not applicable to the US):
- Verification of academic credentials from the country of origin
Some programs may have additional requirements.
Special student
Special students can take courses (not leading to a degree) without being an official student at the university. Remember, you always have the option to become a transfer student. Simply:
- Fill out the Admission application
- Pay for the course
