In high school programs, up to a maximum of 51 credits could be validated, subject to evaluation.

You can request a preliminary evaluation of your transcript to identify potential credit transfer courses. Simply send a copy to admision@sagrado.edu with the subject "I request a Validation Assessment" and include your program of interest.

In bachelor's degree programs, up to 51 credits may be transferred. In master's degree programs, up to 6 credits may be transferred. The online Nursing program is evaluated directly by the School of Health and Sciences.

Final validation depends on official documents, program requirements, and academic evaluation. For guidance, write to admision@sagrado.edu.

What do you need to start your new university stage?

If you studied at another accredited university, you can begin with a copy of your university transcript. To complete the process, you will need to submit the official and final documents required by Admissions.

Documents required to evaluate your admission

  1. Application for admission completed.
  2. Preliminary transcript of credits from the institution of origin.
  3. International students: verification of academic credentials from the country of origin, as applicable.

Documents you must submit before the start of classes

  1. Official transcript of credits from the institution of origin.
  2. Vaccination certificate, if you are under 21 years old.

You can also start as a special student.

If you want to take non-degree courses before officially transferring, the special student pathway can help you explore that option. Sagrado and move forward with flexibility.

A useful option if you want to try a subject, get ahead on credits, or resume your studies.

Complete the application for admission to undergraduate programs as a non-degree student and pay the corresponding course fee.

You can enroll in specific courses while you evaluate your next academic step.
