Important dates
Monday, August 3
- Last day to pay tuition or enroll in a payment plan. Students under 21 years of age must submit a signed Co-signer Agreement from their father, mother, or legal guardian.
Tuesday, August 4
- Deadline to complete the procedures for state, federal or private financial aid and, if necessary, provide the required information to the Enrollment Management office, so that they can be applied at the beginning of the 2026-27 academic semester.
Tuesday, August 11
- Start of classes
- Deadline for registration, changes or cancellations of courses with 100% refund of credits and labs
Tuesday, August 11 to Thursday, August 13
- Late enrollment, changes, and registering medical plan information
Sunday, August 23
- Opening Mass of the semester, 6:00pm in the Main Chapel

Itinerary

| 9:00 am - 12:00 pm | Transfer to the assigned rooms where they will receive a master class from their Schools. |
| 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm | Lunch at the Student Center. |
| 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm | Return to classrooms to receive guidance from support services and validate your credentials with the Integrated Information and Technology (ITI) team. |
| 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm | I return to the Student Center for the closing plenary session. |
