DONATIONS AND TAX BENEFITS

Contribution information regarding donations to Sagrado

The tax laws in force in Puerto Rico provide benefits for individuals, corporations, and partnerships that make donations to eligible organizations certified by the Department of the Treasury. Universidad del Sagrado CorazónAs an eligible institution, it may qualify for these tax benefits in accordance with applicable regulations.

Individuals could claim donation deductions up to 100% of the donations made, capped at 50% of their gross income adjusted by law, while corporations and partnerships could also benefit from tax deductions according to current parameters.
