B. Fernandez & Brothers Scholarship
Students studying any academic year in Sagrado
The B. Fernández & Hnos. Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school students enrolled in an academic unit or preferably in a Business Administration program or the Ferré Rangel School of Communication. The Scholarship grants the amount of $1,200, divided into two installments of $600 per academic semester.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Grade point average of 3.30 or higher.
- Be enrolled in 12 credits or more.
- Not having a disciplinary record at the University.
Church's Scholarship
Students studying any academic year in Sagrado
The Church's Scholarship benefits students from all academic units who meet the eligibility criteria to support them in achieving their college goal. The Scholarship awards the amount of $1,500, divided into two installments of $750.00 per academic semester to cover tuition, fees and related expenses.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Grade point average of 3.30 or higher.
- Financial Need - EFC from 0 to 500 as established by the FAFSA of the applicable year.
- Be enrolled in 12 credits or more.
- Evidence of active participation in community service activities.
- Not having a disciplinary record at the University.
Sila Serra de Calderon Scholarship
Students in their final academic year at Sagrado
The Sila Serra de Calderón Scholarship was created in her memory to provide financial assistance to high school students enrolled full-time in the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón Students with financial need who are eligible to graduate in the year the scholarship is awarded are eligible. This scholarship aims to support young people in achieving professional and personal success. Students may apply for a scholarship that provides between $1,000 and $1,500 annually, divided into two installments per academic semester, to cover tuition, lab fees, and other expenses. The scholarship will be awarded at the end of the semester upon verification of compliance with academic requirements.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be enrolled full-time (12 credits or more).
- Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 or higher.
- Complete 100% of the enrolled credits.
- Be a candidate for graduation in May.
- Not having a disciplinary record at the University.
Fernandez Bernal Family Fund
Students who have completed 90 credits or more and are going to attend their last academic year in Sagrado
The Fernández Bernal Family Fund Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who have completed 90 credits or more and are entering their senior year of high school. Students must demonstrate active participation in student organizations, community service initiatives, or leadership projects. The scholarship awards $1,000, divided into two installments of $500 per academic semester.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
- Complete the Federal Department of Education's Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) to validate financial need.
- Evidence of active participation in student organizations, community service initiatives, or leadership projects.
- Not having a disciplinary record at the University.
Grillo-Marxuach Scholarship
Students coming from high school and who are going to take their second academic year in Sagrado
The Grillo-Marxuach Family Scholarship was created in 2015 by the family that bears its name to provide financial assistance to students enrolled full-time at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Universidad del Sagrado Corazón These students are entering their second year of studies and were admitted from high school. They must submit a video as part of the application requirements to compete for a scholarship that awards $5,000 annually to cover tuition, fees, books, and materials. The student must not be receiving other institutional aid. Note: This scholarship supports the student until graduation, subject to renewal and continued eligibility.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be enrolled in 14 credits or more, studying for their first baccalaureate.
- Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.75 or higher as of May of your first year of study at Sagrado.
- Complete the Federal Department of Education's Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) to validate financial need.
- Be a citizen of the United States of America or have permanent residence issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service.
- Not having a disciplinary record at the University.
