Our collaborative agreement with the University of Notre Dame in Maryland and its School of Pharmacy provides an articulated transfer tied to our Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences. This partnership provides the opportunity for students in the Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences to begin their Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Notre Dame in their fourth year of high school. Annually 5 new students may request to be included in the combined curriculum of Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences/Doctorate in Pharmacy. Students within this blended curriculum apply for admission to the University of Notre Dame School of Pharmacy in their junior year of high school. After meeting the admission requirements, students will begin their first professional year at the School of Pharmacy in what would be their fourth year of high school.
Admission requirements:
- Have a 3.0 GPA in general and sciences
- Complete the application for admission to the School of Pharmacy
- The PCAT is not required for admission.
- Complete a favorable interview
- If admitted, they will complete their first year in the professional curriculum (41 credits) in order to continue their studies at the School of Pharmacy within the agreement and receive their Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences from Sagrado.
