Ismavette Cotto She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. She also holds a certification in College Access from Goddard Riverside in New York.
With over 15 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit organizations, she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities that strengthen equity, accessibility, and a sense of belonging among students. Her work reflects a deep belief that every student can achieve success when given the necessary support and resources.
He served as Executive Director of Student Success, from where he leads the institutional strategy of Student retention and persistenceUnder her direction, she coordinates the Academic Advising, Equity and Accessibility teams, as well as the funded projects of Student Support Program (PAE) and the Skills Program, focused on providing support and services to students with functional diversity.
His leadership is distinguished by a vision focused on the integral well-being of the student and a commitment to building a quality university experience.
