Jesús M. Rivera Delgado holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. He is licensed by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (Law and Public Notary), New York State Bar, District of Columbia Bar, US Supreme Court and several federal courts.
His areas of expertise include human and constitutional rights, law applicable to communications, labor law, business law, and legislative advice. He has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Legal Assistance Society of Puerto Rico, legislative advisor to Senator José A. Vargas Vidot, and legislative advisor to the Commission for the Development of Community Initiatives of the Senate of Puerto Rico.
During his years of experience he has worked on various publications, among which the most notable one at an international level is “The Criminal Responsibility of Legal Entities in Puerto Rico” (2015) In: The Criminal Responsibility of Legal Entities in Latin America and Spain.
