Gudiño is an Assistant Professor and Academic Leader of the Creative Industries Program, where he oversees two bachelor's degree programs: Experience Design: Tourism and Events and Arts and Entertainment Business, the Graduate Certificate in Event Production and Marketing, the Master's in Creative Design and Production, as well as the undergraduate professional internship at EADIC. His experience in cultural philanthropy includes the administration and management of over $25 million in funds destined for the Puerto Rican arts ecosystem and the operational direction of social justice intermediary funds. He has presented his work at various national and international forums such as Grantmakers in the Arts, Chamber Music America, the Professional Development Institute of the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, Orvieto Leadership Summitand was distinguished as a fellow of the Advocacy Leadership Institute from the National Association of Latino Arts and CulturesHe is the founder and president of Art Management, a consulting firm specializing in administration, compliance, fund management, and creative services. She serves on the boards of directors of Espacio Santurce, the Puerto Rico Academic Destination Foundation, and the Rafael Cepeda Atiles Puerto Rican Folklore Institute. She has also served on the Board of Directors of Chamber Music America and the Emerging Leaders Council de Americans for the ArtsShe holds a Master's degree in Cultural Management and Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and a Professional Certification in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Administration in the Arts from OrvietoMusica in Italy. Her work has been published in the American Journal of Arts Management, CENTRO Journal, and has served as an evaluator of proposals for the National Endowment for the Arts, National Endowment for the Humanities, The Boston Foundation, Chamber Music America y Mid Atlantic ArtsBeyond his academic work, he is a dance and percussion teacher at the Dr. Modesto Cepeda Bomba and Plena Cultural Center, in his native community, Villa Palmeras, Santurce.
