Professor Vélez Rodríguez holds a PhD in Philosophy with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Puerto Rico. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. In her private practice, she offers individual and group counseling sessions and services in the area of ​​workplace bullying, expert psychological evaluations, and general counseling on employment-related matters. She is the author of the book "Mobbing: An Attack on Dignity." Are you being bullied? She has also published in local and international journals.
