She is a writer, theater director, educator, illustrator and editor. At the University of Puerto Rico, she studied Secondary Education Arts at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Philosophy and Letters for the master's degree and the doctorate in Hispanic Studies. She completed the Master's Degree in Literary Creation at the University of Puerto Rico. Sagrado CorazónAs part of the linguistic-cultural exchange program of Ramapo College of New Jersey, she studied Italian at the Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo in Urbino, Italy. She directs Lamaruca, a non-profit cultural foundation. She is the ambassador of Puerto Rico in Latin American Poetic Art. Her published texts are: The Embrace, Hunger, Ten Bite, Unlovable, Underground, I Love You To Death, When Memory Takes A Vacation, Girl's Eyes, Master Of His Poisons y Badly dead. His works Martin, can I tell you a story? Story of a shoe y Mirror therapy, have been part of theater festivals.
