Pauline Olmedo Rosado is an educator, strategist, and academic leader passionate about developing purposeful young entrepreneurs. She serves as Academic Leader of Entrepreneurship and Professor at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazónwhere it promotes innovative programs that integrate leadership, creativity, and financial literacy as pillars of professional and human development.

With over twenty years of experience in the education and business sectors, she has led innovation, planning, and business development projects at institutions such as Ana G. Méndez University, Carlos Albizu University, and NUC University. Her career combines strategic thinking with a deep commitment to service, promoting learning experiences that connect education with social impact and sustainable entrepreneurship.

Pauline holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Planning and Strategy and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Management. Her professional mission is to inspire others to turn ideas into action, leading with empathy, vision, and purpose.
