Anuchka Ramos Ruiz is Vice President of Academic Affairs. She holds a bachelor's degree in Justice Systems from the Universidad del Sagrado CorazónShe holds a Master's degree in Editing and Study of Spanish and Latin American Literary Texts from the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain and a second Master's degree in Hispanic Lexicography from the School of Lexicography of the Royal Spanish Academy in Madrid, Spain. She also holds a PhD in Cultural and Literary Studies from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.
Her areas of expertise are 20th century and contemporary Latin American literature, Hispanic Caribbean literature, the genres of memory, chronicles and essays, discourse analysis in popular media, and autofiction. Throughout her professional career she has published various academic texts in and outside of Puerto Rico. In addition, she has a career as a Puerto Rican writer with the works Don't love me (2013) Claustrophobia (2016) and Autopsia (2018)
