Rolando López Rivera holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University. He has served as President of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and its Public Policy Committee. He also chaired the Tax Committee of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce. He was a partner at the international firm KPMG and head of its tax department. Professor López is a renowned speaker on tax-related topics.
