Soraya Alsina Pomales has over 25 years of experience managing issues related to organizational development, organizational culture, talent acquisition and development, workforce planning, compensation, organizational change, as well as coaching and mentoring in both local and international contexts.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University, and a specialized certification in the design, analysis, and management of compensation programs.
