Proffesor Negrón Marchany is a specialist in human behavior, a social worker, and a university educator. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Generalist Social Work from Universidad Central de Bayamón, a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Direct Services from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metropolitan Campus, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis for the Investigation of Sexual Crimes. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Research.
She has more than ten years of professional experience and over seven years of experience in higher education. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations and has served as a mentor, field practicum supervisor, and professor in areas related to the social sciences, leadership, and human behavior.
Her educational philosophy is grounded in the transformative power of education and in creating learning environments that foster the academic, personal, and professional development of her students.
